Important: By using QuantumEdge services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuantumEdge Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the QuantumEdge trading signal service, software, and website located at quantumedge.trade (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuantumEdge provides:

AI-powered trading signals for forex, commodities, and indices
Expert Advisor (EA) software for MetaTrader 5 platform
Signal delivery and trade execution assistance
Related documentation and support

The Service is designed to assist with trading decisions but does not guarantee profits or specific results.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Have a valid trading account with a supported broker

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans:

Starter: $49/month
Professional: $149/month
Enterprise: $299/month

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

Due to the nature of digital trading signals and software, we cannot offer refunds once access to the Service has been granted. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share, resell, or redistribute the Service or EA software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service on more broker accounts than your plan allows

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of QuantumEdge Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Trading signals will be profitable
The Service will meet your specific requirements
Any errors in the software will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUMEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Trading losses or lost profits
Loss of data or business interruption
Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumEdge Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
